Plan was to take bumper off and sort out the arch liner as it wasn't sitting right and to change fog light bulbs
One bolt stuck in undertray thing,clip just spins round so took bumper off leavin tray in situ
Got the bumper off,took fog lights off and popped the glass off and there is brown gooey stuff all on the sides and bottom of the reflector lens It doesn't look or feel like rust,just sort of like rubber......but it wont come off
While i was there i plastic welded one of the bumper bottom mount brackets back on
Just waiting for some H1 fog bulbs now
