The gaskets are bonded onto the covers, they are not available on there ownThumbs down

Its a right job to get the covers sealed if you have removed the seals alltogetherYes

I once discussed this with Pugjim,..
Could a cast of the bottom of the cam covers Be made and
Then make a gasket that would fit perfectly?

Cheers mate ok il try some rtv sealent on them that's all it looks like anyway it's as if they apply a bead to the cam covers and allow it to cure slightly before fitting them Dunno

The problem is the size of the gap you need to fillYes

The cam covers do not go right down flat onto the cam carriersWink

If you look at the part where the bolts go threw the cover they are lower than the outer surface where gasket sits,to stop the gaskets getting squashed too much by heavy handed monkeys,so you need a massive bead of sealant, which is hard to get rightThumbs down

Bolt one of your new covers on to give you some idea of how thick a bead of sealer you needThumbs up
