Thinking of swapping my PAS for a 106 electric PAS. Do they fit straight onto a 306 (pump and pipes)? how would they need to be wired in?

No they wont fit straight onto the standard pipes. The wiring is very simple- earth, heavy fused live and then a live and earth to turn it on. Basically the same as any 4 pin relay.

I thought it was a bit more than £70. Dunno

I think you get two steel brackets to mount the pump to the sump, then the hoses necessary to re-plumb in the pump at that new location.
