To replace all the valves??

Probably about £650 including labour to remove and refit the head.

And the rest

Recon the head is a min £350 and depends how many valves are shagged ?

Factor in new gaskets bolts fluids filters etc + labour to remove and refit the head your easily up to a grand Yes

Well, yes it can get expensive depending on how many valves are damaged.

I used to charge £900 all in, drive in/drive out service to fix a 'tapper' when I used to do it. Yes
