Hey guys, i've just got a question about an ecu for my 306 gti 6,mine is broken and i need to get a new one  i've found a few ones online but they don't have the exact same code as mine... the first part (IAW1AP) is the same as well as the beginning and end of the 10 digit part number, will they work with my car or not ?I've got a 1998 model thanks in advance ! sam ________________________________________ samuel |

Rich_W is a member on here who can supply professionally unlocked ECU's.  I am sure if you sent him a PM with your requirements he would be willing to ship to Australia if you paid to appropriate shipping costs. What is the reason for needing a new ECU anyway? great ! ill send him a message. ill be very happy to pay shipping costsit's a very sad story, one morning my car wouldnt start. i checked spark plugs, fuel filter etc but that was all good. I towed it to the garage and they said the ECU wasn't working, so we sent it to get fixed and apparently it's "unfixable" so i need a new one to get my beast back on the road.I thought you guys would be a great place to get some good info ! cheers sam ________________________________________ samuel |
