Nope mine works fine, bought a full price Belkin cigarette lighter to USB socket, plug the iphone data cable into it.Have bought cheap ones off ebay before and they end up being a waste of money, think mine was about £13 and works perfectly, use it all the time too as my phone gobbles battery for things like sat nav etc... ________________________________________ VW Golf GT TDI 115, 100k nooooooooooooooooooooo! |

Hmm sounds like you must have a dodgy charger. Strange though as i have an FM transmitter that works great with my ipod classic, my friend has an older same size classic and his doesn't work with it, where i'm going with this is sometimes it depends on the type of iphone.....they're fussy buggers!________________________________________ VW Golf GT TDI 115, 100k nooooooooooooooooooooo! |

Check the output of the charger. It should say 5V XXXmA or XA. IIRC iPhones need quiute a high charge current. I don't have an iPhone, but an iphone charger that I have is one amp. ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

Thanks, sounds like another thing to go on the list of things to do... I've tried two usb converters from Halfords both said they support the iphone but I get nothing, just seems strange how they charge everything else. Pain in the ar#e though as my battery life has been shocking since the ios5 update |
