Thursday i will be haveing some harrness points welded in.1 in transmission tunnel and modifing the sill point which is all ready they.
Question:As i dont have my subframes yet for the seats, but the subframes/base mounts use the same holes as standard seats.would i be safe mounting the point on the tranmission tunnel closer to the front or back of the seat?

I have seen a few pictures of the tranmission tunnel mounts and some differ quite abit

thanks guys

What kind of harness, and how many pointing points? If it's a five-point (i.e. with a bollock strap) I'd wait until you have the seats and frames to make sure it's perfectly central, as the seat isn't central to the mounting points.

If you have subframes, there will probably be a point to mount the harness to, there was on mine.

harnesses don't mount to the subframes, as owain said, hang fire till you have the seats mounted in the right place.

There is a threaded seatbelt anchor point in the sill already if you have removed the standard belts anyway.
