Can the service spanner on the dash be cancelled out or is it a thing that just pug dealers have to do?

Switch ignition OFF.

Press and hold trip reset button

Switch Ignition ON.

Keep trip reset button depressed for 10 seconds.

Display will now read 0 and "spanner" Symbol will go out.

Just done this was very annoying it being on there.
I don't know why people sell it if it is that simple then.

I see I see quite simple to sell then LOL

Bloody good job i joined this place has saved me some large amounts of cash instead of going to garages. Smile

This was the argument regarding people not willing to pay £5 to join the site and post.
One answered question on here will probably save you £50 at least, so you're £45 up straight away. However, some folk didn't see it that way...
