Can you fit a rear beam from other models easy enough?

The beam on my HDI is making some proper creeking/squeeking noises so its time to replace it. Its not got the load sensor as its a phase 3 so is it a big issue to swap it with a phase 2 with a load sensor and just swap the brake lines over?

Just so I know when Im looking for a replacement beam.
