My doors especially the drivers one is look really rippled, what causes this, it seems to have just I cured naturally and gradually, there can't have been that many does opened into it?
I was wondering if it's repairable by a dent man eg or even by a back to metal respray?
Andy

got a pic? sounds like a dent that's just been pushed out, not much you can do other than replace the door or have some filler over it.

Well I've had
Car for quite a long time now and it wasn't like that when I bought it, it's not like a dent thus been pushed out its more just ripped across the whole door, I see many 306's like this.
I'll get a pic or two.

I know what you mean Andy, ive seen loads of pugs of that age with ripply panels, im sure its down to the way they are, ive never ever seen an arrow straight panelled 306. Even mines got the odd ripple in the doors.

When the cars are made the doors are spot welded at the bottom, the heat then distorts the panels, not a lot you can do mate.
