Ive never seen one with them fitted as standard but im told that a very select few did.I fitted my own ________________________________________ ''Oh, it does handle like a golf!'' Why drive a Golf....when you can drive a GTi-6? |

All badges and decals were dealer fitted back then, so the exact position varies slightly on each car.Phase 1 and 2 cars had GTi-6 on the doors and on the back and phase 3s only had them on the back. ________________________________________ Rich |

I have a phase 3 and it has badges on the doors  pretty sure they have been on since new too as it was a company car for the first owner and I knew the second owner  ________________________________________ Team Supercharged Gti-6™ |

Officially Phase 3's as Rich says only had the small silver GTi badge and red '6' fitted to the rear after the 306 badge.Anything else fitted has been done by someone after it left the dealer.
