How do you remove the red cap from the positive terminal post of the battery?
Does it screw off or do you have to pry it off.
Mine seems to be stuck and is badly corroded so i dont want to break it.

Appologies for the mundane question.How do you remove the red cap from the positive terminal post of the battery? Does it screw off or do you have to pry it off. Mine seems to be stuck and is badly corroded so i dont want to break it. |

davkin09 wrote: its a 97 P reg As above mate, if you are replacing the battery the threaded part is secured to the battery terminal that you will need to remove and put on the new battery, be careful as they are brittle and the supporting legs can break. That above help has to be worth the membership fee alone?
