Been advised not to use stanndard shocks with 60mm springs. Wondered what people thoughts were on Apex sport shocks or Bilstein B4? Thanks for any advice.Tp, |

removed my other postthis should be in the suspension section. which you already knew, but won't pay up, so will post it here. whereby everyone will answer, then the thread gets moved to the right section, you can't reply, and everyone wins ________________________________________ 306 rallye reproduction decals (full sets/individual decals) | 306 b-pillar textured vinyl weatherstrips306 slam panel esso stickers | 306 yellow / orange / pension fund red side door badges gti6 inlet manifold badges | 306 rear boot badges (p2/p3) winner of Extraction of toys from prams with outstanding vigour award 2009 [source: gti6 owners club] |

I would be more than happy to pay, its not the money thats the issue its the abusive and useless people that ruin the forum. I tend to duplicate my posts on all the other forums and the only problems I get are on here. |

you were advised correctly, 60mm drop = big fat fail.B4's are ok on standard springs or eibach 30mm, if you want rudeboy ride height you'll need coilovers and much higher spring rates. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

-60mm looks good, and thats about it.....i had an xsi that had 60 springs on factory shocks and it was crap my current 306 has koni's and selex 50mm springs and is dangerous! any slight imperfection in the road and the handling goes to f*ck. just wants to bounce all over the place will be soon goin the 30mm route, A, to get my 306's handling back, B, to keep my bumper, sump in 1 piece, and C, to keep my back in good health lol... then theres driveshaft angles etc |

-60mm on my AP front coilovers and AP rear shocks work absolutely fine. No bouncing or skipping. It's all down to what suits the individual.________________________________________ Team Nile 6Team: 40.2 MPG 5 x a 306 owner! currently abusing type r's in a town near you ™ I truely live for the 306 ® Build date: 29th October 1997 Wednesday's car midweek madness |
