Yesterday i had a good drive out over the hills and far away as it was such a nice day and i wanted to put my new coilovers to the test, see how they coped with the bumpy windy roads in the pennines. Was also a good opportunity to get some good pics as there is a lot of good places and landscapes out there. My mate decided to tag along as he has just got himself a new car. Volvo C30. Not a bad car to be honest.

ENJOY! Cool

My route went from my house in beamish up to:

Hillend,

Stanhope,

Killhope,

END OF THE ROAD!

Alston!

Nice pics there fella. What model is your mates C30 out of interest? Had one for a while, good looking car and handled pretty tidy but god it was boring.

You almost drove past where I'm working.

I've been out on those roads in my Passat and thought they looked like they would be good for the 6.

Nice pics too

LOL when do I ever turn up at yours with the AA behind me chris? I don't have breakdown, I have a girlfreind who's dad has a recovery truck who will save me Big grin

Thanks for the comments. Thought I would share my day out as I know most of you like B road blasts and photos.

Where are you working like footas212? The roads are class in the 6. My mate eve enjoyed it in the C30. As for the C30 al I know is its a 1.6 16v, nice little car for him as he's only 20/21ish... haha

There is more even better roads if I kept driving north but it was getting late and I wanted to be home to watch top gear Laugh my ass off
