Fans not coming on at 97 degrees or 107 degrees and I get no warning light on the dash when it gets hot.

Have been through most things in other threads but this is where im at now....

Remove the brown plug from the temp sensor and only the drivers side fan comes on at full speed. (the sensor has already been changed).

Removed both fan motors and both work ok when tested.

Swapped the fan relays and still the same although it feels like (when I put my thumb on them) they click in.

Am now thinking it has to be the Bitron unit?? especially as Im not getting any warning lights either.

Also, have removed and cleaned up any connections related to the fans although they were all in a good condition.

Any help, much appreciated!!!

You sir either live for the 6 or have a mental retardation to still be repairing this!

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fecking temperamental.
