Does anyone know how to replace? It's properly hard to get out because of all the wire that is attached to it. Thanks

Its just a long process. Door card off and with the inner door skin you might need thin arms to get to it, two pairs of hands might be easier, the wiring is easy to take off just pull the tab thing up and it slides off, the motor is held in with 3 torque screws from the outside. |
