i'm slowly but surly garthing all the parts and potions to be able to make myself a De-Badged Grille since mine went like a toads arse in the heat of last year Dry

if there's enough interest I'll get my finger out and get some made up,..
they'll be made the same way the Carbon Mods guys show in the tutorial below they'll be double layered,..
1st one i do will be De-badged bud may do a badged version if it pay's off and there is enough interest,..

Price wise I'm thinking £100 Delivered but that's only a ball park figure and will have to factor in the costs and time put in to make it worth my while to do multiple one's let me know if this is something any of you'd be interested in?

Yes. Also a Phase 3 rear spoiler.

Phase 3 Astor. Built on Wednesday, 12th April 2000 in France.

Years of 'Creative Maintenance' mean this car is now much lighter and slightly more 'race' specced... Tee hee

Word of advice if you didn't already know.. 'buy supplies from elsewhere, Carbon Mods are a rip off. Even their own sister company sells everything MUCH cheaper

I've already got onto that one sourcing everything myself! Wink

As far as the ph3 spoiler casting the shape would be easy enough just working out how to do the screw parts
Let me get over the 1st heardle and see if I can do this.then I'll consider other bits! LOL

Ive got someone making a spoiler and interior bits. A proper carbon company in japan.

If you guys were interested i could have words bout any other parys. Get a list goin.. think every forum is sick of the diy boys. No offence dave, sure you would do a cracking job.

The phase 3 spoiler is actually in 2 parts, probably easier to take it apart and just make the top part what you see most out of carbon then bond it back to the part what screws to the tailgate, then you dont have to make the fixings out of carbon?

I'll look into that!

I've been carbon wrapping smaller things 1st to get the hang of how the CF works with
The resin and what I can and can't get away with!

At the moment I've just about done,...

Fuel cap trims
Inside Wing mirror covers (triangular bits inside the car)
Inner Door Handel trims
And I've done 1 headlight mask

Learnt loads I'll go to a scrappy and see if I can get a ph3 spoiler tomo to pull apart!
