Its a rallye, so only 1 airbag, but yes, it went with the wheel - I'm with with fixed buckets (so no pre-tension circuit) and harnesses now.________________________________________ Rallye-RNurburgring article |

You can get the instrument panel out with just removing the top steering column cover 2 x 15 Torx, and the instrument surround 2 x 10 Torx, 2 x 15 Torx. The panel has 3 x 15T holding it on and two leads/cables which have a hinge/latch holding them on.Wiggle it past the steering wheel to get at the bulbs. ________________________________________ Spanner Monkeys Monkey SpannerForum Search Clicky |

Just put a 2.7 ohms resister in the airbag plug, that way the light will come on and go off as normal, resister will cost you 16p from maplin or the likes.Carl ________________________________________ C.G.Cars of Leicester, Peugeot/Citroen/Renault specialist Tel: 01162 624498/07799 405184 WWW.CGCARSLEICESTER.CO.UK36 narborough road south, Leicester LE3 2fn MOT station now open, tests £35 with a free retest. nope, the 306's system is pretty much standalone so you can bin the whole lot if you aren't using any components.Shouldn't be an MOT issues as its been adapted for a specific purpose, i.e race car rally car etc. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

How does this work for the new mot laws that are coming into force? Think it's going to be a fail for airbag and engine management lights being on, not 100% sure tho________________________________________ In my garage just now2003 BMW M3 & 2009 L200 Raging Bull & Audi Q5 S Line AX stock rod & Saxo Stock rod Sold the bike an charged rallye an bought a caravan, midlife crisis or what! |

looking at the manual there doesn't seem to be a clause for adapted vehicles like there is with seats and a few other bits this needs a call to VOSA I think given the airbags are not present I would remove the bulb indeed, but you might be pulled up for not having any airbags... ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Cheers mate, will go ahead and remove the bulb. Im sure I can explain to the friendly MOT tester that it has no airbags and instead has buckets/harnasses/rollcage for safety.. should be ok. ________________________________________ Chris1999 China Gti6 Supercharged [Fun car] >>Project Thread<< 2000 Bianca 306 Diesel [Work runabout] |
