i've seen a add for a set of alloys with carbon effect,.. but not sure about them?
basically if they'll look shit?

other parts on the car will be carbon to tie them in,..
planning on 16" Superleggera's either this Carbon?
or black with a touch of purple flake to tie in with Astor

Surely they'll just look black? Especially when dirty?

And also that ad is for 5x108 wheels? They going on a pug?

i've No idea i was just doing a search for Carbon parts,.. I already have a set of 16" superleggeras
just waiting to go on,.. think i'll run them as they are for now make sure I like them before forking out for a refurb

cant help but think "carbon look" most people will notice how fake it looks?
go for solid black you cannot go wrong?

yeah thats what i'm thinking too because real carbon will be going on the car with some luck!,..
so you'll be able to tell the difference!

Carbon fibre has immense attributes, amazingly strong and very light. Carbon effect is just fake. It's like comparing a Leopard with "leopardskin".

Ive seen it on a M3, it looks great imo, looks black until you are up close and i think that is the best way. Subtle!

yeah i've seen them do all kinda crazy designs,.. but it just wouldn't shimmer the way Carbon should Sad

look at how light that carbon wheel is too!
