Hi guys
Right i'm getting a sparco seat on wednesday(will.post pics when have it).it was out of a ford puma rally car,had a quick internet scan and look abit like pro2000 seats.i have found replacement covers on demontweaks.
My question is has anybody retrimmed them before or had them done professionlly?

I've recovered a Sparco Evo. Its fairly easy. You will need to cut the holes for the harness holes yourself, but thats not difficult. Just makes sure you get the cover on 'square' and mark where to cut as the plastic surrounds for the harness holes will kind've grip the cover in place. Also - make sure you get the tensioning spring which connects the the wires under the base of the seat. Demon tweeks didnt provide me with one so had to request it afterwards.

Ah cl on tweeks they do the main panel and bottom bit but not the side panels.where did you source the material?
Did you staple gun,gues,stitch it ?

Ahh i see. In truth, all did was replace the cover as supplied by DT. But that (although this was for an Evo PLus) included the back and side (all one piece) which was all i needed.

Ah cl,how did they have get the cover in form italy or was it one they kept.as dt site just do the centre panels.

And what sort of prices did you pay cheers

Having just looked on their website - it seem they dont stock the cover sets i bought. This was some years ago though. If i were you id ring them, as they've often got things kicking around or can get hold of things which arent on their website.
