Hi guys, my mrs has a 306 xsi and it doesn't get used very much so the battery tends to run flat now and again.

It had beed stood for a while and had beed locked and deadlocked, i went to open it and the battery was totally flat so tried to open with the key in the door and it unlocked but the deadlocks are still locked Crazy

So i was just wandering if anyone had experianced this before and has any advice on the best thing to do, is it possible to open the bonnet from underneath to get to the battery? thanks in advance Smile

Are you sure the door just isn't stuck/rusty hinges?
Have you tried the passenger door and boot locks?

Yes all the doors are the same, and the boot doesn't have a key hole; the deadlocks are the only things i can think of

Yes it will still be dead locked. Bit of a problem you have there.

get under the front of your car and with a long screwdriver, you will need to open the bonnet...once bonnet is open you can then gain access to you battery and charge away...hope this helps

Should still be able to open the drivers door if you put the key in manually with a bit of force to the open position. I deadlock my DT and disconnect the battery whilst its off the road.
