hi guys. got a problem with the 6 Sad

went out for a wee blast out some B and C roads.

after a long straight i started knocking down the gears approaching a corner, started turning into the a left hand corner when i was still coming down the revs and there was a really loud rumble. i dipped the clutch and it stopped straight away.

i went back and did everything the same again but it didnt do it.

am i right in thinking this could be the drive shaft?? inner cv??

im clueless tbh, just really hope its nothing to do with the box.

cheers

Could be the early signs of a CV going. As when you dip the clutch you remove the load from the shafts, which would explain the noise disappearing.
