i am in middle of doing heater matrix

anyone know where this is supposed to be

i think its some form of power cable for my fans for the heaters ; cannot see where it is ment to plug into

it is clipped in place so it seems like it should be there where it is hanging

i might have to take dash back out to see where it is ment to be plugged into
