Rich_W can do the flywheel, drop him a PM and I'm sure he can sort you out the prices etc,

As for the cams I don't see them come up that often but I know pug1off were selling some cams recently over here

As for the port/polish I guess a machine shop would do that for you? Have rang round any local engineering firms or specialist head shops?

For the head work, get it done somewhere that knows what they are doing Yes

I have heard Mark Shillaber (sp?) is very good. I know there isnt that many gains to be had from p&p'ing the RS (gti6) head, but not too sure about the S16 one.

Edit: Pay up your membership you tight get! Laugh

S16 is much the same, a totally stock head will perform just fine to mid 200's on a big cc bottom end Smile

Need to whip some off the top of the block, which means a complete engine strip,
But as said a set of cams will be fine, You'll need different injectors as the S16 ones don;t flow much,
Ditch the std cast Iron exhaust manifold as these do restrict the engine a fair bit (Massive Plug for me here), I also do Alloy front pulley's for these as well.
If you remapping then get a 6 inlet manifold and ditch all the plastic stuff which does quite often explode
