Two weeks ago, I had similar symptoms like you and I assumed it was the clutch cable too, but it was infact the clutch folk that's snapped into two pieces along with a faulty release bearing inside the clutch. So a total clutch overhaul(upper/lower guide bushes, clutch fork kit, clutch cable, transmission oil and new Valeo clutch) and a sizeable fortune was yet again spent on my Rallye. Aside from moaning of shoving more money into my money pit, I have to say the car is now running ever so sweetly. ________________________________________ 306 RALLYE |

What's actually happened is your left leg has just become more hench, so you don't notice the 300psi of pressure you're using to change gear. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

i wonder why that block on the end can't be made of something better than plastic. i was going to try and protect it a bit, maybe by putting a small metal offcut in there shaped to the block ________________________________________ 306 rallye reproduction decals (full sets/individual decals) | 306 b-pillar textured vinyl weatherstrips306 slam panel esso stickers | 306 yellow / orange / pension fund red side door badges gti6 inlet manifold badges | 306 rear boot badges (p2/p3) winner of Extraction of toys from prams with outstanding vigour award 2009 [source: gti6 owners club] |
