Back wiper was sorted before I picked the car up, fog light has already been out and cleaned up. Just needs some GTi 6 badges, a new gear knob and a good old clean and polish.Paid £1200 for it. Mark, I need to pick your brains at the next PSOOC meet about doing the cambelt on it. Can't change my username as I've been jammapic all my life on forums, for years... One problem with the 6.... it's not as fast as my 1.9 Diesel JP ________________________________________ HDI Engine Tuning / Remapping Services - https://www.facebook.com/dervtech306 GTi-6 Track Car - 200+ hp all N/A! 306 DTurbo Track beasty - 209.9hp - RIP |

To be fair that diesel looks pretty quick (not as fast as my gti6 though )Also, how did you get it down to 950kg? Can't see the engine making that much difference, and its bloody hard to get under the ton mark. ________________________________________ Chris1999 China Gti6 Supercharged [Fun car] >>Project Thread<< 2000 Bianca 306 Diesel [Work runabout] |

XUD is slightly lighter than a RS engine, and its bloody quick and smooth with its power. Couldnt touch it with the Rallye. And it handles extremely well also!________________________________________ owain wrote: A GTI-6 with a good dashboard and the seats down can outsprint an E46 M3 in July. |
