The whole personal injury thing has gone too far and needs to be addressed to discourage clearly ridiculous claims and ambulance chasing. We are all paying for it. ________________________________________

Had an insurance asser look at the truck yesterday and they want the suspension arms etc replaced, there estimate comes in at £960+vatAlso had loads of solicitors trying to get me to claim for whip lash, it's mad, not bothered as I feel fine and just want to get the truck repaired and back to work. Insurance renewal is due in 3 weeks, wonder if it will go up?
