Seen this on ebay. Anyone have this magazine/remember reading this? Just interested to see what car won the shootout!HONDA CIVIC TYPE-R EK9 v PEUGEOT 205 GTI 1.9, PEUGEOT 306 GTI-6, RENAULT CLIO WILLIAMS, RENAULT 5 GT TURBO, VOLKSWAGEN GOLF GTI 16V MK2. Looks interesting! |

Bought the magazine!Quite a good read! If anyone is interested about the shootout, I can try and scan and upload the pages. Think the 306 was 4th out of the 6 in the test! Booo! haha. Type R was quickest to all speeds through the gears. 5.7 to 60! Didn't realise they were that quick! 306 wasn't far behind at the 1/4 mile though, Civic was 15.0 secs and 306 15.7!  The weight let the 306 down. Clio won overall! Cheers |
