i changed my timing belt about 30,000 miles ago when or whats the correct milage it shud be changed at i dont fancy fitting a new engine again Sad as this engine has very low milage

its a 01 xsara vts engine ,what kit do i use ?

its not always down to mileage, mine got changed last month having only done 13k but thats all its done in 5 years

jeasus 13k Crazy its an everyday car for me , i think im just gonna change it for peace of mind to know its done , its goin into my shed in the new year as im going to oz in march

it is for me too, spent 2 years off the road after a crash and before that i worked 1 mile down the road so only took the car if it was raining heavily a full tank would last months Smile

only reason id like to have it done is that i know well my brothers gonna be takin it out every so often for rallys and cruises the aux belt and tentioner is rattlin away so id like to have it all done before i go cause the c**t wont do anythin to it :L
