I need a lower rear engine mount bracket - the one that the o/s driveshaft passes through it.

Condition of the rubber engine mount is not important as i have a new gen pug bush to be pressed in.

I'd need it posting to the west mids as well please.

Thanks guys

Matt

You know you can't remove the bracket without first removing the water outlet elbow from the back of the engine block don't you? I ended up removing and pressing in a new mount in situ.

Incorrect Thumbs up

I have just swapped the gearbox in my rallye (yesterday) and I always remove the bracket so I can swing the o/s shaft right out of the way without removing it ( just my way of doing it - so dont all start tellingme you dont need to etc LOL ). Unless there is two different outlets which I dont think there are.

The engine isnt in a car yet so location of the bracket/water outlet is unimportant at this moment in time.

Is Kevin a hair puller then? Dirty boy!

Seconded. I've changed them in situ before without touching the water outlet or pipes.

Shit news to hear of anyone struggling. The whole motor trade is fooked at the mo, dont know of anyone having it away tbh.

Its hard enough surviving month to month.
