Doubt it will be up to the job as 6 engine gets hot very quickly at requires a larger rad than a 1.4

my thoughts are yes its will have a smaller cooling capacity but i have eways round this

the fan on my one four rad is larger and would have a mych greater effect.

ive moved my number plate to the side so the fan grill behind it isnt covered.

failing this i can replace the fan motor for a much more powerfull brushless one.

worst comes to worst ill put it back to standard and use the heater matrix as a temp booster rad Razz

Are you being serious? Mist sprayer will do feck all and its not unknown to have to use the heater fan on a fully functioning normal GTi6 rad to keep it cool in the summer.

Hey its not like these cars have a tendency to cook their head gaskets or anything...
