I'm on the look out for a S16 gearbox or GTI6 box (I understand that they can be fitted to the s16).

YES GTI 6 BOX WILL FIT, BUT YOU WILL NEED THE LIFT REVERSE CABLE, AND TO STOP THE TYRES RUBBING IT YOU WILL NEED A GTI6 POWER STEERING RACK. 20 MI16 OR XSARA VTS GAERBOXES ARE THE SAME 5 SPEED AS YOU ALREADY HAVE.________________________________________ 205 XU10J4RS by PUG1OFF 236.4 BHP at Northampton Motorsport.Lets Race! |

Thanks, found a VTS one on Ebay and at the price it was worth the punt. Will bear you in mind if this turns out to a lemon. Out of interest, how much would you do a S/H one for? |

Highly recommend miles' boxes and workmanship. I currently have one of his recon be3/6 boxes in my 6 and it's never missed a beat, best box I've ever had.
