They could yes, more so the MAP than the ICV, if thats faulty it normally just causes it to not idle very well.
The MAP sensor being built in to the ecu means it's not replaceable, I want to change mine but i'm not buying a new ecu just to do that. I've even gotten in contact with Bosch who make the sensor and given them the part numbers etc but the person I spoke to wasn't very help full and just said they couldn't find it on the system so can't get one
I'm still gonna be working on it though when I have time.
Trouble is you could be spending a fortune on replacing random sensors until we find the one that is causing the problem, have you had it plugged into diagnostics to see if any thing is showing up?
To rule the lambda sensor out, unplug it (down the back of the engine / battery box there should be a big black plug with a red tab, or two smaller plugs with 2 wires in each depending on which ones they used at the time your car was built).
If it drives better with out the lambda sensor it may mean the sensor is dead but it could mean something is causing it to over fuel and the lambda is holding it back. Don't drive it around with out the lambda connected too much though other wise you'll kill the engine eventually
