It has not gone amiss that since the membership policy was introduced, a (large) number of individuals have been circumventing this by posting technical threads in the General (and Off-Topic) forums.

Any threads of this nature will be moved to the appropriate forum - or deleted entirely - as soon as they are spotted.

I find this sad, but it is the only way to enforce the policy fairly for those who have paid for membership in order to receive this advice.

Please could all members refrain from answering technical queries on General requests
