Hi. Wondered if you could help me on this.

I had a fan/aux belt chew itself to bits on me the other day. I've since replaced it for a new one but it's out by one tooth/groove. I think pics'll explain it better.

I've tried undoing the pulley using an 3/8th Allen key with an extension but not budging (locked pulley btw)

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Done that twice now. Still comes off 1 groove/tooth.

The pulley isn't on the shaft properly. It should only sit around 1mm proud of the shaft.

And how do I get it back to its original position? I've tried undoing it with a 3/8th Allen key with an extension bar ontop of it and itsn't budging.
