pugheaven wrote: is it frowned upon to paint a red Rallye black or White? Yes it'll stick out like a sore thumb. Do it dirty cream grey or matt pink and no-one will ever know Na, do what you like. People are all to ready to strip them down and sell them for scrap, I don't see how anyone could be bothered. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

I'm starting a new project with this Rallye as I got it cheap, it will have a full respray inside and out, I was just wondering I'd it will effect the resale if I paint it White or black! If it was to be sprayed any old colour I think I would do it the same grey as my other one! After all rallye's are getting rare, but then again putting a cage in it will effect it's resale value when mint! |

Worrying about resale value is a waste of time, save yourself some fret and just get on with doing what you want to it ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

I'd actually say do it whatever colour you want and have a true one-off Rallye, no point going to all that effort just to make it the same as the others.________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |
