Buy 20litre tub of total 5/40 quartz 9000 from your local Peugeot dealer. Warners in tewkesbury do it at 40 quid.Halfords stuff gave me 15 degree higher oil temps in the v6 on track than the total, but it will do for trundling about. ________________________________________ Nothing to see here |

Is the Quartz a fully synthetic or Semi? That seems like the best option, 20 litres suits me fine! The oil is Mobil 1 oil but relatively cheap (or so i thought!).________________________________________ owain wrote: A GTI-6 with a good dashboard and the seats down can outsprint an E46 M3 in July. |

The 7000 is semi synth, the 9000 is fully synth. If you can get Mobil1 cheaper then use that. ________________________________________ Nothing to see here |

I couldnt get 9000 in anything other than 5w-30 at Pug, can only get 10w-40 in semi-synth which i would rather avoid! Is Motul 8100 any good?________________________________________ owain wrote: A GTI-6 with a good dashboard and the seats down can outsprint an E46 M3 in July. |
