I just bought a momo boss from merlin after searching for an omp one. It would seem omp only make a none airbag model, and from what I understand the none airbag model will not fit a car with an airbag. I don't think the indicator canceller will work, and you won't get the shunt needed to stop your airbag light from flashing.Ed ________________________________________ team: Stealth |

cheers ed,i guess i'll have to stop being such a piky and actually buy new instead of hunting ebay.I think i can get a omp wheel and boss from tweaks for £109 which is'nt half bad. What size is yours,is it the flat style wheel and did you use a spacer as i allways feel the wheel is a tad to far away from me,no matter how much i fiddle with the chair . cheers sam ________________________________________ Rallye build: 11 November 1998 - a WednesdayTeam rallye, built for track ----Click this if you like rallyes Rallye dead Secret Team Astor... |

I went for a dished omp corsica replica from Mcgills motorsport in Fife, and im very pleased with it. I just bought an omp horn push from demontweeks and you'd hard pushed to tell the difference. I dont know what it would be like with standard seats but with my buckets I have my legs in a comfy position and i can rest my wrist on the top of the wheel with a slight bend in my arm, so I guess it must be ok!Ed ________________________________________ team: Stealth |

Just noticed this is your thread In response to what eddie said, my indicator canceller is fine with the boss I linked you to. As i said in my FS thread though i just removed the airbag bulb instead of fitting a shunt. With regards to the boss kits, you can get any of OMP, Sparco, Momo or Mountney-M with the six bolt configuration ________________________________________ Bye bye Sundance Kid |
