Make one!!!!Piece of p*ss! Got to Scrappy pick up a genuine Grille for £5-£10 heat up a knife over gas cooker etc cut out the recessed area (may need a mask and well ventilated area for this) bond some card use a fiberglass kit to strengthen, then body filler for the top smooth and take to be sprayed! ________________________________________ Proud Member of the ASTOR Owners Club |

Is that what you did with your Astor then? I think that is pretty much what was done to mine but I later bought a PT one off Ebay as I had a bump and the fiberglass cracked.... Wish I had kept the PT grille now ![]() ________________________________________ I Live for the 306![]() TEAM CHERRY PINK RALLYE 2008 BMW ///M 320d |

No I bought a fibreglass one, and had it strayed but in the heat last year it bubbled like a toads arseIt never seemed to sit right So I've taken a standard one just in the final stages of filling and sanding then I'm going to take a cast of it and make one out of Carbon fiber,... Well thats the plan hopefully! ![]() ________________________________________ Proud Member of the ASTOR Owners Club |

Well I bought a fibreglass grille from them on eBay for £55 and I distinctly remember it saying the Carbon version would be plus £100 but I can not be certain. Either way that is a fair price when you consider Ecosse sells the standard badgeless grille for over £100!!________________________________________ I Live for the 306![]() TEAM CHERRY PINK RALLYE 2008 BMW ///M 320d |

I find fiberglass too much of a pain in the arse to work with! :/and too brittle,.. the grille I currently have on is a smoothed Fiberglass one, it's fine but for some reason it but it bubbled like a toads arse? huh maybe the undercoat or something,...so will need re-painting and i'll only sell it if I can pull off making a CF 1, just did a search on Ebay for 1 and there isn't one on there! they used to be 10 a penny :/ whats that about? :edit what about,.. Bonnet+Grille that one may be a FG one? ________________________________________ Proud Member of the ASTOR Owners Club |
