Weld a plate in, grind off the welds, skim of filler, paint. That's pretty much it.If you pack it with filler instead of using a plate it tends to sink and crack after a while ________________________________________ Bye bye Sundance Kid |

Best way I saw was to butcher a spare grille, cut out a piece the size of the recess and bond it in place, again finishing with a skim of filler.Could fibreglass it too. ________________________________________ Bye bye Sundance Kid |
