Remove them, if you're lucky you've ripped the thread off the bolt. If you're unlucky you're stripped the thread from the casing.________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

You can get thread repair kits, but you'd probably be better replacing the thermostat housing if it's a part that comes off easily, can't really picture it. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

Sounds like you have stripped the thread in the head ? a thread doctor could prob fix this with a heli coil but doubt it can be done in the car ? Could always try some thread lock and do up the bolts as tight as they will go before they loosen again ? Not sure you will get a good seal they and it will porb leak coolant |
