Mate, I had these replaced and bought these from Peugeot 4 years ago.The Part#'s i used were: P0000245275 P00002454E6 I don't which is which(short or long), but it's worth mentioning both and also figuring out which one you having trouble with. ________________________________________ 306 RALLYE |

ahh right. That I'm not entirely sure the part # for that. I'm sure the veterans in here should be able to assist you with that, hopefully in good time.________________________________________ 306 RALLYE |

If not, replacing the subframe might be the cheapest way of getting the replacement sorted. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

Yeah, but it would probably be easier to attempt it from underneath the car.Paul - I just had a look on Servicebox and the listing is a little strange. The same part is listed for all GTi-6 / Rallye's and all phase 1's with the BE3 box but phase 2 & 3 non 6-speed models are listed with a different part. 2449 71 is the BE3/6 one, assuming you mean the part that mounts to the subframe. It's not cheap though, about £27 for a new one. ________________________________________ Rich |

Thanks Rich yep the part that bolts to the subframe, i rang Pug here to order and gave them the chassis number and they still said there was 2 options, one that goes straight into reverse and one that you have to lift the lever to put in, mines the latter anyway, little bit more expensive here aswell, €53________________________________________ IF YOU CAN READ THIS IM STILL IN 5TH!!! |
