It will depend on the peak lift not the duration, and bear in mind that you can space them out a little to get a little more room.

With my Kent PT84's i just crimped the spray bars a little bit over each lobe. Little but of a funny shape in places, but it still works as it should, and its held down fine with the cam covers.

Take the rocker covers off anf turn it over by hand with a breaker bar on the crankshaft pulley nut, if it clears fine, if not remove the spray bars and try again.

I spoke to Dave at Newman cams and he says he's not heard of the PH4s hitting the spray bars, however the maximum lift would suggest that they do.

I can also assure you that you will need new valve springs to avoid them going coilbound.

I was going to get some PH4s, then I discussed it with Dave and he talked me into the PH2s instead.

Surely you'll end up with oil starvation on the far end of your cams? However, saying that, I've heard Pug1off have removed a few and had no problems.

Very impressive! I didn't know you were so close dav1, I'm only down the road to you and I'm building a very similar spec engine.

Does webber throttle bodies = carbs or you still running injection?

Did mikeanics map your omex? is that their prefered ecu?

Sorry for all the questions!
