Hi I would like to know what do you have to do to take off the rear calipers to change the brakes.

You only have to undo the two bolts on the pad carrier. Suggest looking in the FAQ section.

If you're trying to replace the caliper, follow the steps in the FAQ, then unto the brake line, the hand brake cable, and then the two large bolts on the back.
