Which is the easiest way to remove the engine?

Hoist it out from the top, or drop the engine out and lift the car over?

Many thanks

You have to lift it out at an angle with the gearbox end facing down a bit or it will catch on the inner wing.

Easiest way i have done it was remove bumper slam pannel etc then cut the cross member out, no good if you plan on keeping the car though RazzP

As above thought out the top at an angle

Oh another thing to do is take of the breather hoses from the cam covers as the lifting hook will bend and kill them if you dont.
