hey eveyone iv been a memmber of this site for a few months now but have never actually posted before. The reason for this is that iv used the search tool extensively and its been more than helpfull.

Iv got a problem that i cant solve so ill ask, my high pressure power steering pipe on my 98 gti6 bust at the flexi part. So obviously now i need a whole new pipe from pump to rack. I was just wondering does a 306 hdi use the same pipe, as i can source this model easier?

Im pritty sure a vts is the same if some one can confirm this for me also

thanks

If the flexi pipes gone you should be able to repair it with ease cheaply, Find a local Hose shop which do these day in day out

I was just about to say... take it to somewhere that works on hydraulic hoses. They should just be able to replace the broken part.

I had a company local to me create one pipe out of two for a LHD xsi>gti6 conversion. Only had to swap over one of the unions though.
