i am replacing rear beam on my 306 rallye but have discovered brake compensator valve is broken at hinge! do i need this? cause on newer models dont have it!

Yes, if your car had it to start with then it'll need another.

I have one kicking about thats working fine. £25 delivered.

I couldn't tell you if it's going to cost more so i'll do it for the same price. I'm pretty sure it'll only be one or two quid difference for me at the worst case Smile

If you remove it you will need to swap the abs unit for one from a phase 3
I'm just in the process of doing this myself

Is it easy straight swap of ABS unit?Unsure

Or re-wire,different ABS ECU etc?Unsure

nope not yet bud, takes a wee while for things to arrive up here, will probly get here on monday! but got everything sorted out on car!

Oh, not good. Paid £11 something to get it up there on a 48 hour service, the lady in the post office also assured me it will be there in 48hours. I made a point of asking this because it's scotland.
