I was painting a rear bumper but unfortunately the wheather the last couple weekends has been rainy so I couldn't paint it. Now I've keyed the old paint with 1200 grit sand paper (used wet) but will this be enough for the new coats to stick to after leaving it for three weeks? Thanks. |

Just key it up with a bit of scotch pad, to be safe. It will take about five minutes.________________________________________ For we are many.PS£ ID: Monkey369 |

They won't take it as I've already prepped it. Not sure why I would get 'some pro' to paint it though when I can do a more than decent job myself |

Sorry didn't have my glasses on though lol. I wiped it down with white spirit in the end and am now waiting for the lacquer to dry so that I can sand it down tommorrow and do a couple more lacquer coats, but thanks anyway. |
