my 6 has needed 2 crank sensors in a month, should i be looking for a fault causing this or is it just bad luck ??

You were probably just unlucky. I take it the first replacement was a used one?

Did you replace it with a new one or second hand? If it was a new one, chances are something's bashing it, maybe a foreign body in the bell housing.

If it's second hand you're just unlucky Thumbs up
