Roland rat has a completely re-built and run engine for £450, buy that, slot it in, job done. Its definitely a good engine as it was fitted to a forum members car and ran very well until the car was involved in an accident, the engine was fine though and has been removed ready to fight another day. It really is the cheapest and most sensible option by far.
